A proud Norwegian Embassy celebrates 40 years of salmon sushi in Seoul

Norwegian salmon's sushi popularity was celebrated in at the Norwegian ambassador to Korea's residence. The country surpassed Japan as the top Asian importer of the fish in 2024.
